We realize that you do not want to be parted from your money for an extended period of time. In an effort to make this program as convenient as possible we will collect Scrip orders twice a month.
Please note: If you submit your order online but do not pay by the Monday deadline your order will not be fulfilled. RegistrationOnline registration is required only if you plan on taking advantage of the 24/7 software available at www.shopwithscrip.com. It is a free service and when you submit your order it’s sent directly to the RIM Scrip Coordinators. The enrollment code for the RHS Band Booster organization is EL3697FA14858. If you do not plan on taking advantage of the online service you can complete this registration form and place it (with your first order and payment) in the gold box in the band room. Please Note: Once you submit your order you will not be able to change the order online. Changes can be made prior to Tuesday by contacting one of the RIM Scrip Coordinators. How to Pay for Your OrderWhichever method you choose you will need to send in a check or money order for the total amount of your order in a RIM payment envelope (if you completed a manual order form please place the order in the envelope along with payment.) Please check the box marked other and write SCRIP on the line. Please make your check payable to RHS Band Boosters. If other payments are made at the same time we ask that you place your Scrip payment in a separate envelope. How Your Order will be DeliveredAny orders $200 or above within the D20 boundaries are eligible for Lori & Trivian’s personal delivery service. After your order has been paid for you will be contacted and your personalized delivery time will be set up. Orders under $200 can be picked up 30 minutes before or after school on the Friday following the first or third Monday. We will be set up in the music hallway. Students will be allowed to pick up orders only with prior written permission from a parent. Anyone picking up orders will be asked to count their cards/certificates and sign off on receipt. We are also providing two mail options. Anyone will be able to select these options when placing their order. If you are ordering from outside of the state you must select the mail option. All mail deliveries require an additional $2 fee to cover shipping costs. You will have the option to choose USPS POD (proof of delivery) or USPS Signature Required requiring a signature at the time of delivery. We will double check all orders for accuracy prior to shipping and will not be responsible for the orders after delivery by the postal service. |
